Michael Keaton (born Michael Keaton) is an American actor, who has also worked as a director, producer and producer. Keaton is best known for his role in the movie 'Birdman. Keaton is an actor with a variety of talents who is able to play comedic as well as dramatic characters. He's also played a few romantic characters and played in numerous action films during his professional career. As a teen He began to be interested in acting and performing. As young adults, he experimented with comedy stand-up. He was unsuccessful in his comedy career, but it paved the path for his career as an actor. Not able to achieve success as a comic, he took on a position as cameraman on television at a cable station. While working at the station, it was when he realized he actually wanted to be present in front of cameras. Through a handful of episodes of Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he was able to get a television part. An actor with natural talent, he gained popularity quickly on television. He embarked on an acting career in film with huge goals and gained a lot of fame with his comedic roles. The actor gained more fame in the role of Batman who was the title character in Tim Burton's Batman. With time he matured as an actor, and began to work in direction and production. The year 2014 saw his appearance as Birdman was rewarded with numerous accolades and nods.
